I know you feel it.
That warmth somewhere inside you. That fire that sometimes becomes louder than all the familiar thoughts in your head.
It reminds you that there is so much more freedom, courage, sensuality and life inside you than you allow yourself to show.
Sometimes you dim it down… Because that's what is expected of you, because sometimes it feels scary, and because there are simply too many voices saying 'you shouldn't', 'not now', 'what will people think?'
But it never disappeared.
It's still there. Waiting. Calling you.

It's a door.
A door into a space where you finally leave behind your roles, rules, expectations and the constant need to fit in.
A space where you can allow yourself to be who you are — perhaps more fully than you ever have before.
And finally release the fire that has been asking to come out for so long.
Because that fire isn't only about your body.
It's in the way you move. The way you look at the world. The way you choose. The way you love. The way you create. The way you take risks. The way you build your life.
It's about who you allow yourself to be.
And when you release that fire — when you release yourself — much more changes than the woman you see in the mirror.
Your appetite for life comes back.

Believe me, I know what it's like to live for a long time inside your own limits, beliefs and roles.

When constant control, the need to earn your worth, and slowly fading away are replaced by self-love, self-respect, and the desire to live, create, change, explore, and ignite something in others.
